CAA by-laws (Melissa J)
- Introduces what the Council of Academic Affairs is about
- explains the history of wanting to change the by-laws

Alexandria Brown: “Is your budget smaller than the SAC budget, why?”
Melissa: This came up at a Towne Meeting, but one argument is that money from the SAC benefits a larger portion of the community; we have added a question to our application in response to this; the presidents are in charge of budgeting and they have thought about it and feel it appropriate

Annemarie Roberts: “Are you eligible to apply for money you want to use after graduation?”
Melissa: Yes, but the money must be accessed while you are still a student, and applied for while you are a student.
Christian Pillsbury: “What dates are the CAA allocations in relation to when one should apply.”
Melissa: We have two allocations per semester… (Melissa answers the question)
